Gentle, clear discussion of results and recommendations. We'll agree on a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and empowering for your family.

Review of treatment or therapy progress, and discussion of emotional or developmental growth. Once medication is stabilized, prescriptions can be renewed at 6-monthly intervals.
Annual Review
Full developmental review, screening, and updated support plan. Re-evaluate progress, update care plans, and celebrate growth.
Diagnostic Report & Action Map
A comprehensive written summary of your child's profile, integrating all findings. The Action Map provides clear, practical strategies for home, school, and therapy support.
Your child may not require all appointments depending on your specific concerns and initial findings. Each child is unique, and this process is individualized as necessary.
Before Your First Appointment
Before the Initial Consultation, parents are asked to complete and submit:
Patient Intake Form
Including consent and confidentiality agreement
Reason for Consult Form
Outlining current concerns and attaching any previous reports (school, therapy, or medical) or referral letters
Extended History Form
Background and Birth information is essential in understanding your child's growth and development over time.
These forms help us make the first session more focused and meaningful. During this process, parents and teachers may also be asked to complete validated questionnaires—such as the SNAP-IV, CBCL, or ASSQ—so we can gain a well-rounded, 360-degree view of your child's daily functioning.
Detailed Process Overview
The Initial Consultation is a compassionate, collaborative conversation about your child's development, health, and family context. During this session, we will:
- Review concerns across home, school, and social settings
- Screen for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning, and emotional regulation challenges
- Plan next steps, which may include:
- Hearing or auditory assessment
- Vision or ophthalmology assessment
- Targeted blood tests (thyroid, iron, metabolic, nutritional)
- EEG for unusual movements or possible seizures
- Genetic testing if indicated by features or family history
This is not a one-size-fits-all process—each plan is designed for your child's unique strengths and challenges.
The 90-minute Diagnostic Assessment focuses on your child and includes:
- Observation of play, attention, and self-regulation
- Use of standardised developmental and psychological tools
- Integration of parent, teacher, and direct observation data
Parents are welcome to attend for comfort or clarity of the process. The assessment is conducted in a calm, supportive environment using age-appropriate, play-based activities.

This report is a curated, comprehensive guide that isn't overwhelming.
The 30-minute Feedback Session is a supportive conversation where we:
- Discuss assessment results, diagnosis, and recommendations in detail
- Answer all your questions
- Set collaborative goals
- Create a plan for intervention that feels realistic and empowering
This session is designed to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward.
Yes. School visits, classroom observations, and multidisciplinary meetings may be recommended as part of your child's assessment or ongoing care.
These provide valuable insight into how your child learns, interacts, and copes in their daily environment. This ensures that our understanding—and our recommendations—are rooted in real-world, meaningful observation.
Follow-up appointments depend on your child's needs:
- 2-Monthly Medication Reviews: For children starting new medication, we track progress, discuss changes, side effects, and efficacy until medication is stabilized
- 6-Monthly Medication Reviews: Once medication is stable, we continue monitoring and can renew prescriptions
- Annual Reviews: Full developmental review to re-evaluate progress, update care plans, and celebrate growth
